MDGC Return To Play, Practice and Skills Training Day
Hi all, this is the “Return to practice and skills training”” players video
Posted by Melbourne Disc Golf Club on Friday, 19 June 2020
We are excited to announce that the Melbourne Disc Golf Club is returning to play on Saturday 20th June, 2020. The event will be very similar to our normal league day but we will not be able to use the scores as part of the annual points tally or declare a league day winner. Technically it is going to be a practice and skills training day. There will however be some prizes up for grabs. The club will sponsor a CTP for each round. The winner will receive a club voucher for $25 and an CTP bag Pin. The Ace pool will also be in play for anyone entering. We encourage all disc golfers, experienced and new to attend. For new players, it is a great way to meet new players and learn skills.
Due to the current COVID 19 restrictions we will need to modify things a little. The event will run through Disc Golf Metrix and everyone is expected to be at their starting hole 10 minutes prior to the tee off times. We will not be able to gather as a group for the players meeting so we will have to handle that in another way. We will post more about that later. We will also not be catering lunch as normal. Sorry folks.
